Every Prophet was given a miracle that resonated with the expertise of their people. Musa (AS) was given magic-defying miracles, Isa (AS) was given miracles of healing. Because 7th-century Arabs were masters of poetry and language, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was given the ultimate linguistic miracle: the Holy Quran. Allah challenges humanity in the Quran to produce even a single Surah like it—a challenge that remains unmet after 1,400 years.
