QIRAAT-UL-QURAN COURSE

Qira’at or recitation is the reading of the Holy Quran correctly and melodiously. In view of its importance, Allah Almighty has instructed us to read the Quran with proper pauses. It is essential to understand the basic principles of Tajwid to learn the art of Qira’at.

In this course, the students are taught the rules of Tajwid and are drilled in recitation with Tarteel (pleasant pauses). After going through this course, the students become able to recite the Holy Quran with correct Makharij and pronunciation.

This course teaches the art of beautiful Quran recitation with proper Tajweed rules, melody, and pronunciation so students can recite the Quran in the manner taught by qualified Qaris.

Yes. Students should be able to read the Quran at a basic level before joining Qiraat-ul-Quran. If you are a beginner, start with our Quran Reading Course first.

The course covers pronunciation of Arabic letters, rules of noon and meem sakinah, madd, qalqalah, heavy and light letters, and other Tajweed principles applied during live recitation practice.

Each of the three levels (Basic, Middle, Advance) has 80 classes of 30 minutes. With Plan A (5 days/week) each level takes about 4 months; with Plan B (2 days/week) about 10 months.

Yes. All Qiraat-ul-Quran classes are conducted one-to-one by qualified female tutors who listen to your recitation and correct mistakes in real time.
